Thank you for shopping at Fairway Factory Store. We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 10 days of your purchase, if 10 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange.

Please send us an email at sannara@rennenracing.com to notify us of your request to return or exchange your item. Once we have acknowledged your request you will be required to organise a courier and return the item to 110 Fairway

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Sale items will only be refunded for the sale price of the purchase, not the full product amount.
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sannara@rennenracing.com and send your item to 110 Fairway.

If you have purchased an item in the wrong size and it fulfills all eligibility points for exchanges and refunds as listed please contact us on sannara@rennenracing.com and send you item to 110 Fairway. Once we have received the item we will send your requested size.
  • Gift cards.
  • Some health and personal care items.
Fairway Factory Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery.
  • If you have not received a refund after several days of confirmation, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company to check if there is an amount to be processed. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sannara@rennenracing.com.
  • Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It must be sent to the following address 110 Fairway the Fairway Factory Store.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning and/or exchanging your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will not be included in the amount.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, if the item is not received we will not be able to process your refund.
